A Total of 16 Countries will Play in ICC T20 World Cup 2021

The ICC T20 World Cup 2021 has become a trophy. A total of 16 countries will take part in the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2021 event. According to the pre-arranged schedule, the four-six mercury format World Cup will be held in India. The ICC T20 World Cup 2021 Live Streaming will broadcast live on PTV Sports, Star Sports, Sky Sports, Fox Sports, Willow TV, GTV, and SuperSports.

BCCI president Sourav Ganguly is optimistic about hosting the World Cup, as there is no competitive cricket in India yet due to unfavorable conditions in Corona. Apart from Sourav, ICC chief executive Manu Sohni and BCCI secretary Joy Shah were also present at the unveiling of the trophy in Dubai. This year’s T20 World Cup trophy has been designed in the same way as the trophies of the previous edition.

Australia was scheduled to host the Twenty20 World Cup this year. Besides, another T20 World Cup was also scheduled in 2021 in India. Although the 2020 World Cup has been postponed due to Corona, two consecutive T20 World Cups will be held in 2021 and 2022. The postponed Australian event will take place in 2022.

These 16 teams will fight for the World Cup in October-November 2021. The final of the event will start on October 18 and will be played on November 15. ICC member countries as well as allied countries will take part in this World Cup.
