The England team is going to tour India in 2021. The BCCI has announced the final schedule for four Tests, five Twenty20s, and three ODIs against England. BCCI secretary Joy Shah said a four-match Test series would be played from February 8. “The first Test will start on February 8 and the day-night Test will be played on February 24 at the Matera Stadium in Ahmedabad,” said Joy Shah.
The England team is going to tour India for a long time at the beginning of next year. Day and night Tests will be held at the historic Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the final schedule of four Tests, five Twenty20s, and three ODIs against England at home.
The first two Tests of the four-Test series will be played in Chennai The next two Tests are in Ahmedabad. India will play the second Pink Ball Test against England after Bangladesh at Ham Ground. The Pink Ball Test will be held on February 24-26 at the Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad. Besides, five matches of the IND vs ENG 2021 T20 series will be played at Motera Stadium.
The England national cricket team will tour India early next year. Today, the BCCI has confirmed that England will play a four-match Test series on the tour. Where there will be a test day and night. Which will be the largest stadium in India, Motera, Ahmedabad.
The IND vs ENG 2021 Test series will start on February 5, nine days after the proposed second Test in Galle on the England-Sri Lanka tour. The Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad hosts five T20s. There will be three ODIs at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. The tour will run until March 26.
In this regard, BCCI Director Joy Shah said, “The BCCI prioritizes the health and safety of both the parties and no concessions will be made to ensure that all the safety protocols agreed by the BCCI and ECB medical teams are complied with.”
IND vs ENG 2021 Series Sechdule
After discussions with the ECB, the BCCI announced the schedule of the tour of England today. The two teams will play 3 ODIs and 5 T20s with 4 Tests. The series starts on February 5. It will end on March 26. The nearly two-month cricket series will begin with a Test in Chennai. Then the T20 and ODI series respectively.

- First Test – February 5-9, Chennai
- Second Test – February 13-18, Chennai
- Third Test (Pink Ball Test) – February 24-26, Ahmedabad
- Fourth and Last Test – March 4-6, Ahmedabad
India v England T20 Series:
- First T20 – March 12, Ahmedabad
- Second T20 – March 14, Ahmedabad
- Third T20 – March 16, Ahmedabad
- Fourth T20 – March 17, Ahmedabad
- Fifth and Last T20 – March 20, Ahmedabad
India v England ODI Series:
- First ODI – March 23, Pune
- Second ODI – March 26, Pune
