Jofra Archer Ruled Out of Entire IPL 2021
Jofra Archer’s last IPL journey is true after the rumors that have been going on for so long. This English fast bowler Jofra Archer has been ruled out from the entire 14th edition of IPL 2021. Which is a huge push for Rajasthan Royals. Despite recovering, Mostafizur Rahman’s teammate Archer is not playing in the IPL 2021 this time.
Archer, who is recovering from finger surgery and an elbow injury, will take part in rehab in England. In Sussex, the Caribbean-born cricketer will undergo rehab under the supervision of doctors from the English Board. There he will regain his fitness and start batting and bowling practice. The World Cup-winning cricketer is scheduled to return to the field next week with a match against Yorkshire for Sussex.
Archer and Rajasthan have decided to come to India and stay in the mandatory seven-day quarantine. A statement from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) on Friday confirmed that Archer had been ruled out of the IPL.
Such a statement by the ECB is definitely a push for Rajasthan. Because the team has already lost to Ben Stokes, Liam Livingstone has also left the IPL 2021. This time they are not getting the main bowler of the team in full force. Sanju Samson’s side is at the bottom of the points table after losing three of their four matches so far.
