In a statement, the NZC said, “The corona of two of these six people is considered ‘historical’.” The remaining 4 have been renewed. This means that these 6 people have to be in isolation according to the protocol.
“For this reason, the training of the Pakistan team has been put on hold until the next step is taken.”
New Zealand Cricket said some cricketers on the Pakistan team violated a number of protocols on the first day. Which was captured on CCTV footage. The hosts will talk to the visiting team about this.
Before the tour of New Zealand, all the members of the Pakistan team proved to be negative in the Corona Test. Babar Azam’s Corona Test was held in Lahore.
Although this is Corona’s second tour to Pakistan, international cricket has yet to start in New Zealand. After the series against West Indies, New Zealand will play 3 Twenty20 and 2 Tests against Pakistan.
