Sri Lankan Premier League LPL 2020 New Scheduled Date

The ongoing Sri Lankan Premier League LPL has been delayed due to the ongoing global epidemic of coronavirus (Covid-19). This is the third time that this is the biggest event of Sri Lankan domestic cricket is postponed. This time the organizers have decided to postpone this league for six days.

Coronavirus infection has increased in one of the three venues where the T20 cricket tournament was originally scheduled to be held. So the organizing committee has decided to postpone the league again. The venue has also been changed due to the corona outbreak.

According to the LPL 2020 new scheduled date, the four-six thunderstorm will start on November 28. The league will end on December 16. The spectator games will be held at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium in Hambantota.

The 23-match league will feature T20 cricket hawkers like Chris Gayle, Faf du Plessis, Shahid Afridi, and Carlos Braithwaite.

It is to be noted that Lanka Premier League Live Streaming was scheduled to play the last August. Then it came back on November 14 this month. From there it was again on November 21. This time, a new date has been set for November 28.
