Three Bangladeshis players are in the top five world record which makes them included in the list of highest run-getter in a particular field in ODIs. The cricketers with this proud record are Tamim Iqbal, Shakib Al Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim. Tiger opener Tamim Iqbal tops the list of highest run-getter in any given format in ODI format. The batsman scored 2619 runs in 6 innings at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. He is followed by Sri Lankan legend and former cricketer Sanath Jayasuriya.
