Daniel Sams Tests Corona Positive Before the Start of IPL 2021
Before the 14th edition of the IPL 2021 Live Telecast, Corona has attacked almost all the franchises. The latest addition is the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) camp. Royal Challengers Bangalore’s Australian all-rounder Daniel Sams, led by Virat Kohli, tests corona positive before the start of IPL 2021.
Sams joined the RCB camp on April 3, after proving negative in the Corona Test. However, in the second phase, he was tested positive at the Team Hotel on April 6 and proved to be positive.
The RCB franchise has confirmed this information in an official statement. There it is said that Sams had no symptoms. And he is now in isolation.
Official Statement: Daniel Sams checked into the team hotel in Chennai on April 3rd, with a negative COVID report on arrival. His report from the 2nd test on 7th April came positive. Sams is currently asymptomatic and he is currently in isolation at a designated medical facility.

Earlier, RCB opener Devdutt Padikkal, who scored the highest run for the team last year, proved positive in the Corona Test. He was in isolation at his home in Bangalore. He later joined the team after proving to be negative.
